We make the most of your skills and passion by actively supporting you to see what you can achieve, no matter where you start with us.**Major Responsibilities**:- Assists in the preparation of business cases, Request for Proposals, supplier selection and evaluation of proposals- Assists more senior employees in defining infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with the target benefits and value expected- Assists in the design, development, configuration and documentation of infrastructure components- Provides support with performance analysis and document solution components- Gathers and collates management reporting information on existing infrastructure solutions and services- Performs maintenance and support activities, routine analysis and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels- Supports investigations of problems within existing solutions utilizing ITIL V3.0 principles- Must demonstrate the capability to identify and propose innovative solutions to improve service performance- Serve as liaison between internal IT and Finance resources and external vendor.- Generate ad hoc reports as needed and system data searches for internal customers, provide grants data to compliance to meet government reporting requirements, maintain file archives.- Identify and implement operational efficiencies (ie: process or technology) in C2P that result in time and/or cost savings. Summarize and present information to key stakeholders (e.G., GARS Leadership Team)- Maintain high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.The Business Analyst is expected to perform at** Advanced level **in the following:- Interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis, solution design and decision making to positively impact/solve medium risks/issues. Effectively communicate impact, cost and benefits of new and changed demands- Provide insight & innovation to projects within own specialist area, aligning to AZ IT strategy and working with AZ IT partners- Work with C2P and partners to propose and deliver solutions to achieve agreed outcomes, ensuring that solutions fulfil their future strategic needs and challenges. Shape and define business cases, producing detailed business justification for investment including ROI and benefits realization.- Work with colleagues across the C2P and IT, (e.G., Business Partners, architects and engineers) within the function and IT to identify the capabilities required to ensure outcomes/requirements and clearly understood and can be delivered
