Reporting to the Head of Digital Logistics, you will support the creation of digital-enabled logistic management including 3PL integration & communication, internal warehouse & distribution through innovative IT solutions. You will be the point of contact for the solution architecture and design of IT solutions for logistics processes, while closely collaborating with business needs and objectives. In addition, you will advise and support internal customers in formulating and concretizing their requirements and the creation of respective digital solutions.Key responsibilities include:Be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the organization's digital logistics processes including 3PL integration & communication, internal warehouse & distribution, transport management.Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to ensure compliance and enhance operational excellence.Leverage expertise to enhance quality, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency.Create detailed business analysis, ensuring they meet organizational objectives.Collaborate with business stakeholders (including conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys) aligning needs and capturing requirements for digital solutions.Create user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and feasibility studies to evaluate proposed changes for new systems or enhancements.Collaborate with other digital teams (including development teams) to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.Create concepts and technical specifications for downstream implementation as services based on existing IT systems.Recommend improvements to business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Close cooperation with the application management team implementing, maintaining, and operating applications.About you:Master's degree in IT, computer science, logistics, business administration, or a comparable field
