As part of our core team, we are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with solid investment management software expertise to keep our platform up to date and compliant with the latest regulations.Within the Regulatory Center of Excellence, you will work with experienced and supportive colleagues who are experts in providing solutions and services to SimCorp market units around the world.What you will be responsible for:Your ResponsibilitiesImplementation and maintenance of configuration solutions based on SimCorp Dimension for European financial institutions and Asset Managers.Support maintenance and enhancement of SimCorp's Regulatory Reporting Platform in close collaboration with its Manager.What we value:At least a Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance or other relevant degree.Experience in or knowledge of EMIR (European Market Infrastructure Regulation) or its equivalents in Asia, e.g., MAS and HKTR.Familiarity with Investment management software, such as SimCorp Dimension or equivalent systems.Proficiency in compliance reporting for Derivatives, covering Foreign Exchange, Rates, or Equities markets.Ability to read, understand, and interpret regulatory texts (legal ordinances, law texts, guidelines, implementing technical standards).Interest and basic knowledge in cloud technologies like scripting languages, XML, and APIs.2+ years of work experience in a consultancy role/firm or IT department of a financial firm.Service-oriented with the capability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.Experience working in a globally distributed organization.Proactive in customer interactions with advanced communication and presentation skills.Enjoy coaching and transferring knowledge proactively.Fluency in English.Moreover, possessing these skills is advantageous:CFA level 1-3.SQL, XML, Excel (expert level).Proficiency in languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish.Next Steps:Please click the "Apply" button to learn more about the vacancy and what SimCorp has to offer regarding salary, benefits, and perks.
