.Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader (remote in Mexico) Currently, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader for LATAM. As a Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader specializing in hospitality technology solutions, your main goal is revenue growth. You'll achieve this by identifying, cultivating, and securing partnerships with hotels looking to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency through innovative technology. The objective is to promote long-term sustainable growth. Daily activities: Sales performance and team management - working through and with the team to identify, engage, and win new accounts, while overseeing all aspects of regional sales operations to ensure the team is trained and effective in achieving their mission. Build and maintain relationships with hotel brands/groups/chains, owners, and management companies to secure and expand our enterprise clientele. Lead revenue growth initiatives by prospecting and acquiring new business. Take charge of the complex sales cycle and assume full ownership of deals, often with multiple stakeholders. Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of key customers and consistently seek for new opportunities among our customers and qualified prospects. Identifying market expansion opportunities and strategic partnerships for the region. Develop and deliver compelling presentations, sales pitches and demos, to drive awareness and adoption of our solutions. Creating an environment which fosters motivation, performance, accountability and psychological safety. Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and business growth. Requirements Significant professional experience with the hospitality industry within the LATAM region. Proven experience in leading region development through and with the team. Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably with enterprise-level accounts and/or within hospitality SaaS companies. Sales hunter-mentality with a proven track record of being able to handle your own pipeline from prospecting, lead generating to deal closure. Exceptional sales and negotiation prowess, evidenced by a history of successful closed deals. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the hospitality technology sector and the broader hospitality business landscape. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish and English. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as a part of a team. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Required location - Riviera Maya.
