This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and drive results-oriented outcomes.ResponsibilitiesProcess Leadership: The Senior Business Operations Lead will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of various business processes, including quarterly Sales Lock, Plan, MSR (Short-term demand), LR-MSR (Long-range demand), and Market Model.Team Management: This role will oversee a team of business process analysts, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure successful achievement of deliverables.Communication and Collaboration: The Senior Business Operations Lead will serve as a liaison between the Segment Marketing organization and other internal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive business outcomes.Process Improvement: This role will identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements, working closely with stakeholders to implement changes.RequirementsExperience: At least 6-10 years of experience in business operations or business analysis, with a proven track record of managing complex processes and leading cross-functional teams.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.Technical Skills: Proficiency in enterprise tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Rapid Response. Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the semiconductor industry ecosystem, supply chain landscape, and design-in process.Language Skills: Fluent English language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $145,000 - $170,000, depending on qualifications and location.
