As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving optimization of EBU's New Product Introduction (NPI) samples, cost, and inventory to align with corporate goals.You will collaborate with various groups within Micron to explore and introduce new and creative ideas and support strategies that help the business grow efficiently, effectively, and profitably.Main ResponsibilitiesNPI Sample Management: Own EBU's on-time sample delivery Key Performance Indicator (KPI).Internal NPI Sample Communication: Lead internal NPI sample communication and Prioritization process.Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of EBU's NPI sample process.Corporate Initiatives: Support Corporate-level initiatives related to NPI process.Inventory Management: Work internally with GSM NPI on the inventory build plan.Demand Status Review: Weekly review Demand status with GSC & cross-functional team to discuss delay/changes to the plan.NPI Demands Allocation: Manage NPI demands status and allocate inventory to NPI.NPI to HVM Transition: Manage NPI to HVM transition including seedstock planning and aged material disposition.Inventory Strategies: Develop and manage inventory management strategies and processes to support business unit and corporate objectives.Product Notification: Manage Product Notification process including providing input, and maintaining PCN metrics.RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or another related discipline; a Technical degree and/or MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience in Engineering, business operations, supply chain, cost, finance or related area.Strong analytical abilities, including synthesizing large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information and translating data into meaningful strategies for Management.Proven ability to manage cross-team projects and programs.Able to see the big picture while paying attention to detail.Earn a Salary Range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
