This team works with internal stakeholders to create commodity strategies to support a sustainable supply base for Exhaust/Fuel components, as well as manage the new value chain related to green and sustainable raw materials.
Our objective is to minimize supply risk, optimize costs and minimize carbon footprint throughout the Stellantis value chain.
We offer a team-oriented, global business environment where employees have a chance to grow and further develop their existing skills and competencies.Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Execute RFQ process for new components on time and within cost objectives- Negotiate nonstandard agreements as appropriate- Identify and execute unique contractual relationships within Stellantis value chain- Work with global teams to develop commodity strategies for new materials- Present sourcing recommendations to GPSC leadership for supplier selection**Requirements**:**BasicQualifications**:- Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering or related discipline- A minimum of 5 year of experience in supply chain, finance, engineering or other business functions, with a preference for Commodity Purchasing experience- Negotiation skills, analytical skills, and experience in working in cross-functional teams.
Ability to resolve conflict situations- Effective listener and ability to build relationships in cross functional groups and with global counterparts- Ability to cultivate internal and external relationships and earning trust- Excellent planning and time management skills
