As we look to the future, we are exploring the addition of more services to further support our clients.**Position**: Senior Claims Advisor for Borrower Defense to Repayment**Responsibilities**:- Conduct outbound sales calls using VICIdial to promote our borrower defense services.- Collaborate with our legal team to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery.- Contribute to the development and implementation of additional student loan-related services as we expand our offerings.- Utilize HubSpot for contract e-signatures and client management.**Requirements**:- Proven sales experience in the student loan industry.
