**Position**: Senior Claims Advisor for Borrower Defense to Repayment
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls using VICIdial to promote our borrower defense services.
- Collaborate with our legal team to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of additional student loan-related services as we expand our offerings.
- Utilize HubSpot for contract e-signatures and client management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales experience in the student loan industry. Borrower Defense experience is a plus but we will train you if you have other student loan repayment experience.
- Familiarity with VICIdial and HubSpot is preferred but we will train.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to full-time availability, as client calls can come in at any time.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- If you do not have experience closing borrower defense deals, we will start you as an opener and train you as a closer with higher commissions once you're performing well in opening.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive base salary based on experience, plus commission structure.
- Opening commission: 10% on each deal, with an average deal value of $1000.
- Closing commission: 20% upon completion of training.
- Potential to earn $50,000 - $80,000 in the first year, with the possibility of exceeding $100,000 in the second year as a team manager.
