The position is based in our Hoofddorp office in the Netherlands. The role will work in close collaboration with the OpenText Account Executive and other Client Managers in developing service opportunities for our client.The senior client manager is responsible for booking generation and customer success for assigned clients while actively supporting peers across Benelux for mutual success against the OT mission of revenue, margin, and referenceable customers.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERSDeveloping trusted customer relationships to drive digitisation.Driving the services business development activities resulting in demand generation.Qualifying customer needs and determining how we can add value to our customers.Supporting the creation and management of a pipeline of opportunities for sustainable growth.Preparing RFx responses and bids for tenders.Follow up after contract signature acting as the voice of the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction.Leading the commercial negotiation of services contracts with clients and external suppliers.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDFluency in Dutch Required.Strong track record of scoping and preparing Professional Services proposals RFP/SOW.Some experience in services account development would be useful.Strong presence and confidence, exhibiting maturity, with at least 5 years of working experience.Willingness to travel as required for client and internal meetings.ONE LAST THINGOpenText is more than just a corporation; it's a global communitywhere trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.
