We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to balanced processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and coordinated execution capabilities.**About our transformation of industry business**:**LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU!****Your Profile**:- You have 5 or more years of relevant sales experience in servicing steam turbines, generators in the industrial market.- You have a university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.- You can understand customer requirements and can communicate these effectively within Siemens Energy organization.- You have good negotiation skills with the ability to lead internal and external team members positively- You have sharp analytical skills to review cost estimates and have positive discussions with commercial and proposal teams. Knowledge of profit and loss accounts is a plus- You are a strategic think tank and a guide in improvement selling- You have excellent time management skills and are an out of the box thinker with a creative approach to problem solving- You are open to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and have proven track record to work as a great teammate- You are resilient and respond with a positive attitude when under pressure**Your Responsibilities**:- Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to deal close phase.- Ensure order income target set is reached with encouraged EBIT and cash flow.- Collection, processing and reporting on Customer and competitive intelligence, including special project assignments.- Accompanying sales professionals and management throughout Sales planning, steering and controlling process based on our defined market planning and reporting systems.- Driving the input and the data accuracy on SFDC tool- Abide by all business compliance requirements in line with Company policies.**Specific Responsibilities**:- You will position Siemens Energy as the best service provider in the market.- As a front face for Siemens Energy you will develop positive relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, improve market transparency and increase customer happiness- You will implement sales strategies defined by the management, have a self-motivated drive to improve customer happiness and to reach the sales targets.- As the account manager for several customers you will understand decision makers at all levels of the customers' organization.- You will manage sales activities between customers, various Siemens Energy factories (Product Competence Centers), regional hub and local project management, logistics and supply chain teams- You will support digital solutions applicable to rotating equipment
