**_About the Role_**
- The Senior Client Underwriter will be responsible for maintaining and growing long-term relationships with some of Swiss Re's reinsurance clients in Central America. You will source, underwrite and sell reinsurance products and solutions to our clients._
- Key responsibilities_
- _Lead and successfully grow business relationships across all P&C lines of businesses._
- _Analyze and price traditional P&C business. _
- _Drive the highest quality execution of client planning, reinsurance renewal, deal opportunities and handle all communication related to origination and negotiation._
- _Proactively maintain and understand client motivations, needs, priorities as well as risk & capital drivers to define winning value propositions for key partners involved in the buying decision._
- About the Team_
- You will be a key contributor to the Mexico, Central America and Regionals XFT. The teams work very closely together and collaborate strongly with other colleagues in the cross functional team. The role will give you the opportunity to work in a multi-cultural and diverse environment and access senior stakeholders at clients across various territories and lines of business._
