.The Sr Cloud Services Manager will support named customers on SaaS and managed cloud services.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manages multiple engagements across BY's largest, strategic cloud customers- Builds cross-functional teams to deliver value to key cloud customers- Collaborates with global teams and regional counterparts to ensure timeliness and quality of support services- Build out the playbook of support engagement in line with BYs SaaS transformation initiatives within Global operations- Defines and establishes new continuous improvement plans within Managed Services- Ensures support team adheres to policies, procedures, methodologies and quality standards- Manages client issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.- Manages Cloud Services engagements including interactions with client project team and client executives.- Provides leadership and motivation to team members- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, as warranted by the situation in critical times or to manage customer escalations- Able to take on-call escalationsGeneral Skills and Requirements:- Educational Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Applications or equivalent- Master of Science in Engineer or Computer Science preferred- Communication- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Expert English Proficiency- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal personnel with emphasis on follow-through and reporting.- External engagement - The ability to manage communication and strategic alignment to a customer C-Suite as required in delivering Cloud Services- Core Competencies- Passionate mentor that actively manages associate growth and proactively identifies learning opportunities and career paths- Exhibits service mindset by consistently displaying customer centricity and ownership- Seeks regular performance feedback and works on self-development opportunities to achieve a holistic personal and professional development- Work Experience- 6-8 years of IT experience across all SDLC (software development life cycle)- 3+ years of experience specifically in Services Delivery including Cloud Operations and/or ITIL/ITSM Framework- Demonstrated experience building collaborative relationships with and presenting to C-Suite Executives, especially in IT operations.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
