Skills

Must have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CloudOps Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related role.

Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes or Docker).

Client Configuration Management.

Cloud infrastructure (infrastructure development and observability, monitoring and alerting).

Observability with technologies like Honeycomb or Grafana.

Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI or CircleCI).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Nice to have

Experience in scripting and programming languages (Go).
