The individual in this role will work alongside the US commercial inventory and planning leads to ensure that our data entry and management is accurate and as timely as possible at our Finish Goods Distribution Warehouses.**Functions, Duties, Tasks**:Support Commercial Inventory Team for inbound and outbound customer sales orders and warehouse deliveries. Ensure data entry is maintained, accurate and timely for End of Day transactions.- Assist in providing Inventory controls and daily reports used for US warehouses.- Monitor and correct Delivery Documents with IDOC errors.- Review and Approve material adjustments from 3PL providers.- Support monthly cycle counts and Year End Inventories- Monitor and resolve critical replenishments and material storage.- Review data for deficiencies or errors- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data review and entry.- Publishes reports to management regarding short-dated product. Maintains continuous communication with Production Planners and Product Managers regarding short-dated product. Works with 3PL to complete destruction process for short-dated materials. Provides month end reports and files appropriate documents for SOX.- Process freight invoices for inbound and outbound payment. Reconciles and maintains freight exception log for TTC.- Tracking of shipments, mis-shipments, and order shortages. Responsible for filing and reconciling all freight claims.- Runs various reports as needed for other departments. Must also use reports to monitor the following: orders, inventory in all warehouse locations, monthly adjustments, scraps, and product graphics.**Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications)**:- Bachelor's degree in Distribution logistics or business administration.- High School Degree with work experience- 5 years of data experience in warehouse or related inventory controls.- Advance English skills required,- Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office- Strong computer skills- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.- Learning agility for becoming an expert in new systems- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
