Senior Components Sustaining Engineer

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Lead efforts to analyze and evaluate the performance of existing components in our pumping systems.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for component improvements, cost reduction, and enhanced performance.

Develop engineering changes and design modifications to address component issues and optimize performance.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the consistent quality and availability of components.

Perform testing and validation of modified components to ensure they meet or exceed specifications.

Maintain accurate documentation of component designs, changes, and performance evaluations.

Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Components Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of (X) years in sustaining engineering or component enhancement.

Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing methods.

Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools for component analysis and design.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
