Following the art and creative direction, they create expressive artwork or illustrations that show action, anatomy, outfits, and unique expressions that bring to life the whole story, personality, and essence of these actors, while keeping the style of the world they belong.The Quest:Storyboarding and Sketching: Produce rough sketches, thumbnails, and storyboards to explore and visualize initial ideas for characters and narratives.Character Design: Create visual designs for characters and creatures, including their outfits, weapons, and props.Visual Development: Work with the Art Director and Game Director to explore different visual styles to establish the overall look and feel of the game's characters.Render Creation: Refine sketches and designs based on the project's needs, artistic direction, and feedback from the lead and the art director to create the final art that meets the requirements of any project.Iterative Design: Create multiple iterations and variations of the visual designs based on feedback from the art director, lead, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and artistic direction of the project.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with art directors, game designers, and other team members to align character designs with the overall visual style and narrative direction of the game.Research and Reference Gathering: Study various visual styles, historical periods, cultures, and other relevant sources to ensure designs are solid and authentic.Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of character designs, including character profiles, visual references, and design notes. Ensure that character concepts are well-documented and easily accessible to other members of the development team.Efficient time management: Work efficiently to achieve the estimated times for each phase and punctually meet the delivery date.Teamwork: Collaborate and work closely with other artists to be a problem solver and foresee and communicate on time any quality, technical, or delivery issue that may affect the project.Punctuality: Present your progress on a daily basis and/or when requested and assist on time to any meeting, call, or communication request
