We are dedicated to helping Higher Ed thrive by transforming their institutions to agile, digitally connected campuses that enable student success.About the Opportunity:**Where you will make an impact**- Provides technical assistance and performs troubleshooting to resolve user issues by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about related ERP Enterprise Applications.- Develops and maintains plans outlining steps and timetables for projects related to upgrades and implementations of new products and/or functionalities.- Scripts and/or automates common repeatable tasks across the spectrum of supported products and technologies.- All members of the team are expected to participate in our on-call process (24/7 production support).- Interacts with the customer and other consultants.- Monitors, tracks, and reports project risks, issues, milestones and work completed, as well as work that is underway. Provides leadership for the customer enabling them to stay on time and on task.- Creates and maintains documentation that describes programs, operating procedures, and installations including but not limited to: internal knowledge base, solutions and project updates.- Publish, improve and maintain technical documentation along with processes and proceduresEngage in continuous learning and adoption of new concepts, technologies and problem-solving techniques.- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and self-starter attitude.- Other duties as assigned.**What you will bring**- Degree from College or university in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; minimum three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
