Essentra is immediately hiring a Cash Application Specialist to join our team at our Mexico facility. As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for posting a high volume of cash and credit cards in accordance with internal controls and relevant accounting policies.What we offer:Compensation starting at $225,800 MXN annuallyEligible for a yearly bonus incentive401K + company matchVacation and HolidaysAs a Cash Application Specialist, you will:Process charges and refunds timely and accurately.Post cash in an accurate and timely manner to meet daily deadlines.Daily creation of credit card files in Excel using functions such as VLOOKUP.Provide short payment, debit, and other remittance details to credit analyst with all backup.Manage multiple credit card portals capturing daily payments batches to include selection and running of payments.What we are looking for:Required:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and organization skills.Preferred:Essentra is an Equal Opportunity & E-Verify employer.
