Overview: As a **Senior Marketing Consultant**, your role will be to provide marketing and operational support to the Business. You will implement SITA's integrated Marketing and Communications strategy to achieve its commercial and strategic objectives.**What you will do**:- Align with Business Marketing plan's direction to support the delivery and achievement of its objectives- Contribute to leadership initiatives/events to suit specific business needs and strengthen industry and customer relationships.- Build customer success stories and gather information for media activity- Leverage diverse communication channels- Maintain or strengthen the integrity of SITA's reputation brand and positioning actively managing brand compliance- Support the Business's relationship with industry associations- Carry out analysis of customers to support account-based marketing plans- Contribute to market and competitive intelligence and researchQualifications:**Who you are**:- Passionate about the role of technology in improving the travel experience- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Business- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a tech-related company- Proven ability to contribute to the implementation of a marketing strategy- Good experience in project management, including management of customer-facing events and meetings- Experience with the use of CRM platforms to plan and execute marketing campaigns- Experience with the latest communication tools and social media platforms- Ability to work effectively in diverse and virtual teams- Fluent in English and Spanish; working knowledge of Portuguese a plus- Able to travel internationally (10%)**What we offer**SITA's workplace is all about diversity: many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce, and colleagues who've been working here for decades collaborate with those just out of college and early in their careers.
