The opportunity
We are looking for Instructional Design Senior Consultants with expertise in System Implementation/SAP projects to join the GDS PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the GDS PC team.
Your key responsibilities
Collaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs
Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities
Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media for SAP/SI projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc)
Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments
Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the SAP/SI domain
Maintaining and updating the training materials and documentation according to the changes and updates in the SAP system and business requirements
Effectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationships with clients and other project team members
Support development of collaterals, tools, techniques, and methodologies to develop the practice
Contribute to thought leadership development for the SAP/SI learning domain

To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor's or associate degree with 4 - 7 years of relevant experience
Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA etc.
Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc. is a plus
Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines
Effective writing skills (grasp and command over English)
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Ability to articulate design decisions, suggestions and provide creative direction
Proficiency with one or more course authoring and learning tools: SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe
Practical knowledge and experience in instructional design principles
Experience developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables: Web-based learning, Videos, Interactive PDFs, Webcasts, Podcasts, nano-learnings, VILT
Ability to review learning deliverables developed by others
Ability to develop learning estimations and proposals
Excellent knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods and learning experience platforms
Ideally, you'll also have
Experience with a data-driven approach to instructional design, using both qualitative and quantitative data to optimize content efficacy
Proven project management experience to take digital learning from concept to delivery
Knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
