**Main Responsibilites**:- Deliver defined product or solution features, functionality or outcomes effectively close gaps - be it knowledge, skill or capability.- Lead and design appropriate project plans and outlines, including making recommendations for content delivery approach/methods and work to gain alignment on required outcomes.
Identify and define any translation needs as appropriate.- Monitors and analyzes Web traffic.
Collects and analyzes customer feedback.
Recommends and implements Web site improvements.- Develops, executes and analyzes online promotions.- Develops engaging and branded digital creative that helps solve problems, deliver results, and is aligned with business strategy.- Develop and adheres to established timelines to ensure expectations and deliverables are being met.- Makes good and timely decisions that keep work projects moving forward, knowing when to act independently and when to escalate issues.
Ability to integrate various inputs, decision criteria and trade-offs to make effective decisions.- Prioritize work and completed work product(s) meet the required standards of productivity, quality and timeliness.
Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to publishing standards for all content.- Play a critical role in the feedback loop, by assessing customer / channel feedback and making continuous and incremental changes to content to increase efficiency, quality and value.- Assurance that work outcomes meet regulatory and legal compliance requirements and collaborating with JDF Law Services as needed
