A Snapshot of Your Day: Join our growing Real Estate Finance team as a Senior Analyst supporting the Contract Administration process in the core of Siemens Energy Real Estate. This role involves working closely with Country, Hub and Central FIN organizations. You will work with real estate colleagues across the world and make a significant contribution to the development of the global real estate organization.
How You'll Make an Impact (Responsibilities): Manage and perform contract administration including IFRS16 reportingIdentify and implement process improvementsEnforce operational control and quality of Contract ManagementProvide data and validate all transfer of data to subsequent reporting systems (SAP, IFRS16 Tool, etc.)Proactive, self-driven, and able to work effectively in global, virtual teams and networksMaintain effective communication within the department and extended SE RE organizationWhat You Bring (Requirements): University degree in Management, Business Administration or similar3-5 years work experienceExperience in Contracts management, Real Estate, administrative and/or financial processes preferredRelevant experience in accounting including hands-on experience handling lease accounting as per IFRS16Fluent in English (mandatory) & Portuguese (desirable)About the Team: Our Real Estate team manages a global footprint of over 4.5 million square meters, overseeing all real estate related activities and projects, developing and implementing portfolio strategies in line with SE's business objectives and ensuring cost-effective facility operations and work environments for SE.
