Draft, review and negotiate customer and vendor-facing non-disclosure agreements and amendments based on established guidelines.- Work with the Legal, Sales, and other teams to ensure negotiations result in optimal terms and timely execution of contracts.- Ensure company standards and processes are followed during the contracting process.
Review non-standard terms and involve necessary teams to obtain approvals.- Work closely with attorneys to support drafting and obtaining approvals for complex matters related to confidentiality and Blue Yonder's NDA process.- Review executed agreements and guide teams on how to properly comply with relevant terms.- Guide internal business teams on whether new non-disclosure agreements are needed, in light of existing contracts.- Build productive relationships and feedback loops with Legal, Sales, and other teams to drive efficiencies.- Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish and reinforce consistent requirements and processes for non-disclosure agreements.- Train, mentor and function as an escalation point for junior contract specialists, as well as members of cross-functional teams on contract provisions and handling of NDA related requests.- Assist with the creation, updating and maintaining of contract templates, playbooks, SOPs.- Communicate new legal and commercial developments to the rest of the legal team.- Prepare and deliver training to other departments related to non-disclosure agreements process.- Administrative tasks and reporting related to non-disclosure agreements.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-related issues, software licensing, SaaS, professional services in light of Blue Yonder's non-disclosure agreement process.- Performs other responsibilities and special projects in support of the legal team's goals and initiatives.- Collaborate and provide coverage across the applicable regional legal team during periods of heavy volume.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
