This will involve financial planning and analysis, as well as improvements of operational processes and controls. You will be responsible for explaining key deviations versus targeted results for local and global Manufacturing Management and support decision making, providing financial direction to the plant and recommendations to improve site performance. You will be a vital member of the Piedras Negras Manufacturing site Management team as well as an integral part of the Passenger Vehicle Business global team, collaborating closely with the Business Unit and Corporate teams. (40%)Leads a team that ensures compliance with accounting regulations (Audits and financial compliance with corporate and local policies, SOX controls, and transfer pricing regulations), analyzes production costs and/or locations P&L. Identifies ways to increase profitability. Proposes improvements of controls and control environment; calculates potential impact of changes.
