This individual will liaison with the other team of the Connected Factory Team, Plant leadership, Business leadership and other relevant stakeholders and vendors.**Responsibilities and Qualifications**- Lead the planning and implementation, and daily management of Industry 4.0 projects- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables- Define project tasks and resource requirements- Develop full scale project plans- Manage project budget and resource allocation- Plan and schedule project timelines- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders- Present reports for project progress, risk-tracking and solutions- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential challenges, and devise contingency plans- Lead global cross-functional team meetings and conduct timely follow-ups to track project deliverables- Supporting the engineering execution team with non-technical topics like new supplier set up, follow up with quotes, coordinate work with external partners- Set and continually manage project expectations and roles throughout project life cycle- Independent follow-through ability (attention to detail, monitoring and controlling)- Must have experience on large-scale, enterprise wide/global projects**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or an equivalent degree.- 10+ years of experience in Managing Controls Engineering/Industry 4.0 Projects- Deep understanding of all relevant components of complex Controls Engineer/Industry 4
