Support critical failures for inline machines.
Eliminate Bypass conditions related to programming.
Keep, improve and implement Error proofing Systems.
Update all backups in the Shop.
Manage Logic changes (PLCs, HMIs, Cameras, Drives)
Implement improvements related to Controls Area for manufacturing processes.
Upgrade obsolete devices
Implement new technology where required
Validate changes into machines and process
Be able to incorporate chances due continues improvement.
**Additional Job Description**
- Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering realted.
- Required experience in similar position 1- 3 years
- Experience working with PLCs from Siemens, Allen Bradley and FANUC brands (Programming and troubleshooting skills) (S7-300, Control-Logix, FANUC LADER)
Knowledge in programming HMIs from Siemens and AllenBradley
- Maintenance Knowledge
- Availability to change shifts (4x3 scheme)
- English level: Medium
