It involves aligning business objectives with societal and environmental needs. This includes engaging with stakeholders, advocating for public policies that support both industry objectives and public health, implementing sustainability initiatives, managing corporate communication and reputation, ensuring ethical compliance, and fostering transparent and accountable business practices. The goal is to integrate sustainability into core business strategies, promote responsible practices, and contribute to public health and environmental sustainability while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.Responsibilities:Developing and implementing strategies to influence public policies, regulations, and legislation to support the company's objectives while contributing to public health and sustainability.Identifying and cultivating partnerships and alliances with organizations (i.E. government agencies, non-governmental organizations, patient advocacy groups, media, etc.) that share the company's sustainability and corporate responsibility values and fostering collaboration to address shared societal challenges.Leading the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies to minimize the company's environmental impact, enhance its social contribution, and ensure good governance practices.Overseeing the development and execution of communication strategies to maintain transparent and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, investors, and the media.Finally, managing the company's reputation by proactively addressing potential issues, public concerns, and crises, while promoting a positive public image through ethical and responsible business practices.Requirements:Master's degree in political sciences, communications, journalism or business management, additional competencies in health sciences are an advantage.Significant experience and a proven track record in building relationships / networks with trade associations, government affairs, payers, politicians, patient advocacy groups.Experience in delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
