Senior Cost Analyst

**Job Description**:

- Annual business plan and monthly forecasting
- Calculation of standard cost
- Analysis of actual material, labor and overhead cost against standard cost / budgets. Report explanation of variances monthly
- Target cost tracking
- Detailed budget analysis with objective to eliminate wasteful spending
- Preparation of presentation for plant and divisional management
- Tracking of key performance indicators
- Activities focused on specific value stream(s) within plant

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Experience in plant controlling activities and product cost calculation
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills - this includes both oral communication as well as the development of professional-looking briefs and reports
- Ability to turn data into information and to differentiate the important from the insignificant. Good understanding of the analytical process and cost analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred).
- Good knowledge of English
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on relevant and / or similar experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience with gathering, organizing and analyzing large amount of data.
- B.S. in Accounting or Business Administration, preferably a CPA or MBA
