Senior Creative Designer

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our team in Mexico City! You will play a crucial role on our Brand Experience Design team. As a senior designer, you will act as a trusted expert who brings creative energy and design diligence with a strong foundation in traditional layout and typography skills. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of Brand in London, UK.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least 5 years of design experienceAt least 5 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignAt least 2 years of experience with global campaigns or within a global companyBachelor's degree in graphic design or similar, or equivalent relevant experienceAn outstanding portfolio to shareMust have written and verbal fluency in EnglishWhat will you be doing in this role? As a natural storyteller, you can develop designs underpinned by solid concepts.You deliver robust designs on everything from social posts to global campaign concepts.You drive design and creative excellence by reviewing and providing feedback on work from other designers and agency partners.Strong collaboration is essential; you'll work with cross-functional teams worldwide.You are a fearless brand guardian with an eye for detail.You can quickly understand, analyze, and respond to briefs.You can organize and prioritize your workload.You can create engaging presentations and confidently pitch to internal stakeholders.About the Team The Brand Experience Design team is forward-thinking, dynamic, and creative, delivering impactful designs across various platforms. Our work spans branding, marketing, and multimedia campaigns. This role will be a part of a small team working from our Mexico City office reporting directly to the Senior Director of Brand in London, UK.
Hours of Work This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Mexico City office. You must live within a commutable distance to be on-site 2-3 days/week.
