The mission of the Brand Partnership Studio is to empower brands to authentically engage live communities, predominantly on Twitch. Reporting to the Creative Strategy Lead, Americas, the Senior Creative Strategy will lead a small team in Mexico and act as the creative and operational lead for the region. You will be a key player contributing to the Brand Partnership Studio mission serving our Mexican clients. As a manager, you will inspire and mentor strategist contractors throughout the RFP lifecycle. You will build upon your existing creative experience to collaborate with and guide our clients on how to best leverage Twitch to meet their business objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's degree and approximately 5-10 years experience working on a dedicated creative team at an agency, brand or platform.
- 2+ years of experience directly managing others.
- You will have a portfolio of branded content work, solid creative instincts and high standards for campaign work.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can take a complex concept and present it in a way that is easy to understand.
- You must be familiar with the RFP process, analyzing briefs, the problems brands are trying to solve, and how to deliver an effective response.
- You should have an understanding of Twitch, the influencer space, branded content and the digital advertising landscape.
- You have experience presenting creative concepts to clients, and are comfortable pitching to executive level stakeholders.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the country.

Key job responsibilities
- You will respond to client RFPs with compelling proposals that serve the brand's needs while leveraging the best of Twitch's platform, products, and talent.
- You will attend client meetings, pitches and collaborative work sessions to translate, educate, and evangelize Twitch to our advertising clients.
- You will help articulate high-concept ideas and proposals to sellers, media agencies, and clients to ensure they're effectively communicated.
- You will conceptualize campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while juggling multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
- You will effectively manage your team to grow their capabilities and ensure that all concepts delivered meet Amazon's bar-raising standard.
About the team
BPS is the Amazon Advertising in-house content and tech team supporting the ideation and execution of custom content, sponsorships, and technology on Twitch.

- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
