The Senior CRM Functional Analyst - Web, ECS IT (Digital Customer Experience) is responsible for demonstrating & providing leadership skills to help shape strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of scalable IT CX/ CRM solutions across the ECS organization. This individual will be responsible for combining consulting, CRM Solutions, and Platforms expertise and R&D knowledge to transform the way IT is applied in process touchpoints with our customers. What You'll Be Doing: High degree of knowledge aptitude over a wide scope of CRM/ ERP architecture, data analysis, and data model design to provide direction and mentorship to team. Responsible for overall functional solution and integration design with other applications. Provide thought-leadership and architectural guidance/reviews on strategic project implementations. Represent R&D for strategic/transformational initiatives. Evaluate different CRM/ Cloud/ Content tools to fit business needs. Drive and lead end-to-end solutions of CX/ CRM platform implementation and roll-outs. Build CRM POCs and solutions. Acting as an expert who influences cost-effectiveness, innovation, and simplicity in design. Investigating tasks and providing estimates on hours, schedules, and deadlines. Act as independent scrum master for his/ her deliverables. Take part in defining and adopting best practices in design and implementations. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget by holding contributors accountable for delivering on project milestones and deliverables. Focus on helping people make informed business decisions by making accurate, current, and relevant information available to them when they need it. Reviews, identifies areas for improvement and makes recommendations to leadership. What We Are Looking For: 8 years of IT Experience Experience in Web Solutions end-to-end implementations, with tools such as (Salesforce Cloud, Adobe Experience, and similar). Experience in Customer experience modules, Sales, Service, Partner communities, experience cloud, user management, marketing, and chatbots. Advanced English Skills, oral and written. Advanced Knowledge in providing Cloud-based solutions. Experience of Master Data management (MDM) The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred) Experience working with Manufacturing/ distribution industries.
