We are searching for a talented, creative, and analytical person to join us on a full-time basis.If you want to become part of an international scale organization, enjoy great employee benefits, and take on as much responsibility as you can handle, then read on.ResponsibilitiesManage and own a client portfolio, working with technical and business departments alongside our global teams, building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives.Act as the primary professional entity for the local CS team for complex business solutions.Collaborate with our international personnel across departments.Perform Data Integration & Management of Database processes.Establish KPIs according to the sales process and client deliverables.Ensure implementation process and timelines to achieve on-time execution and client objectives, taking responsibility for the Customer Success process.Identify gaps within the software/implementation process and align with the relevant personnel in the company.Monitor system usage and engagement levels to achieve high client retention & success rates across the client portfolio.Conduct weekly sessions within the CS department & local team, and communicate with clients as necessary.Skills & ExperienceLocal residence in Mexico (CDMX).3-5 years of experience in Project Management positions – Must.Fluent English skills, spoken and written – Must.Academic degree with a Technological Background – Must.Proven capabilities in Excel – Must.MS SQL, BI Tools (Power BI) Knowledge/Experience – Advantage.Programming Knowledge in Python – Advantage.Knowledge/Experience with ERP systems/Information systems or Supply Chain.Familiarity with the Retail market and environment.Excellent analytical skills, technical and IT capabilities.Self-learning skills, high communication skills & a team player.Willingness to travel within the region (Mexico & Latin America) to various clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
