Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.- 5 years of experience in people management, a pre-sales Engineer team, in a similar leadership role (e.G., within a professional services, solutions architect, sales or systems engineering team).Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.- 3 years of experience as a pre-sales engineering manager leading a team to achieve goals.- Experience in data and information management, managing databases, and identifying Big Data trends/issues within businesses.- Experience in Linux, architecting and developing software for scalable distributed systems.- Knowledge of Big Data, PaaS, IaaS industry, enterprise networking, management systems, and technical concepts.**About the job**:Google Cloud accelerates organizations' ability to digitally transform their business with the best infrastructure, platform, industry solutions and expertise. Assess CE team Go-to-Market readiness, identify gaps in preparedness, and build plans to ensure that the team is properly trained and equipped to successfully perform in support of annual goals.- Work with Google Cloud Sales and Leadership to identify, qualify, and prioritize coverage for business opportunities.- Maintain customer satisfaction through working with the Sales Account, Customer Support, Product Management, Customer Solutions, and Engineering teams to resolve product problems affecting customer satisfaction.- Participate in periodic opportunity review meetings to provide insight on how to best secure the technical goal.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
