We need your skills, curiosity and drive for change to fulfill our goal.As a Customer Service Representative on our Mexico Cement Heavy Parts team, you will leverage a global support structure and supply chain across 6 continents to deliver critical parts and services to cement customers. We are on the front lines of ensuring site up time and sustainable growth.We are looking for a Senior Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo Leon. Relocation not provided.Seize Global Opportunities**Responsibilities**:- Prepare proposals based on customer requests for quote- Handles daily operational relations and interfaces with selected customer and warehouses in order to check availability of products that are needed to satisfy customer demands- Escalates complicated issues to senior levels.- Prioritize, maintain, and place Sales Orders from received customer PO- Pushes requisitions to buyers- Accesses several portals and revises inventory levels.- Performs daily calls based on specifications and according to predefined procedures in order to deliver our product in full and on time- Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders- Drive improvement and efficiencyWhat you bring- Experience in Engineering Proposals/Quotations- Ability to read blueprints- Experience in companies within the of Cement industry, a plus- Self-motivated, problem-solving attitude- Demonstrated record of personal growth and achievement- The ability to forge lasting customer relationships- Associate's degree or greater- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel- Deep ERP experience (Oracle is a plus)- English language skills- Experience with Buying, Expediting, and/or Logistics is a plus- Ownership and accountability behaviorsWhat we offer- A global network of supportive colleagues and growth opportunities- Work-life balance so you can focus on professional and personal priorities- Competitive benefit package including Life Insurance and Health Insurance (Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores y Menores)- Time to recharge through Vacation Time - accrual starting on Day One- Retirement preparation with a Savings Fund- Christmas Allowance (Aguinaldo) of 1 month- An equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplaceAbout FLSFLSmidth is the full flowsheet technology and service supplier to the global mining and cement industries
