Expectations- Experience working with customers in North American market- Previous experience HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) is a plus- Perform accurate assessments of all service requests submitted by homeowners (to determine what is covered, not covered).- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure 100% of all warranty repairs have been completed timely to the customer satisfaction.- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets- Contact account holders to follow up- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assignedRequirements and Desired Experience- 1 year + Experience in a customer support role/call center position- Strong phone, verbal communication, and active listening skills- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices- Customer focused with the ability to adapt to various types of personalities- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively- High school or equivalent degree required- Solid technology and internet searching skills- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products- Superior customer service skills- Ability to maintain composure and convey a positive attitude while interacting with customers and team- Good attendance and punctual- Strong ability to multi-task- Advanced English Proficiency C1, excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Ability to evaluate a variety of factors to analyze, investigate, and manage large caseloads- Ability to interact and communicate with internal and external professionals- Ability to work with mínimal supervision- Independent, organized, and a good team playerWhat we offer- Great base salary- Law BenefitsAfter 3 month- Major Medical Expenses- Life Insurance- Pantry Vouchers
