What You Will Do:_**
- Serve as Technical Leader for Cloud Security at Echelon; conducting research and development activities surrounding cloud solutions and relevant security controls
- Design, build, and lead technical improvement projects for clients with a focus on engineering cybersecurity solutions focused primarily on cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS)
- Deliver exceptional client service, including communicating with clients throughout the entire project life cycle to better understand client needs
- Assess the client's technical environment and requirements while managing expectations and following through on solutions or consulting on deployments
- Manage several engagements at once while remaining highly responsive and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Provide innovative techniques and perspectives to continually enhance internal processes and capabilities

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:_**
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering
- Demonstrated ability to lead and perform cybersecurity solutions development in a professional services environment (experience client facing, billable, working with multiple clients at once)
- Degree in computer science, information security (or related discipline is preferred or 8-10 years equivalent working experience)
- Hands-on experience with implementing cybersecurity solutions in Windows, Active Directory, Azure and AWS environments in an enterprise context
- Familiarity with security solutions and concepts such as SIEM, SASE, CASB, Zero Trust, and Firewalls
- Familiarity with planning and implementation of IAM solutions
- Experience with cloud security best practices and frameworks
- Experience securing a variety of cloud workloads, such as containers
- Ability to configure cloud security logging and alerts
- Strong attention to detail and superior analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico
