With a focus on financial data and business intelligence, you will leverage advanced analytics techniques to support key business objectives, optimize processes, and uncover trends that shape future initiatives.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of data analysis projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights.Own and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving actionable insights.
Lead regular root-cause analyses to identify underlying issues and implement strategic improvements.Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and ETL processes to support analytical needs.Advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques are used to analyze complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights.Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions.Oversee data quality and integrity, implementing best data governance and management practices.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Participate in sprint-related meetings such as standups, grooming, retrospectives, and roadmap replenishment.Advocate for flexible, domain-driven solutions that balance expediency with long-term flexibility.Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices are followed, and continuously improve the data analysis processes and methodologies.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.Qualifications:5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on financial data and business intelligence in a professional services environment.3+ years of experience leading data analysis projects and teams, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills.Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis and scripting languages.Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
