As the team continues to double-down on fact-based management - illuminating greater transparency and analytical capabilities across the performance indicators that will drive growth for our business - we must ensure that our energy, resources, capabilities, and talented employees are best-aligned to the advancing needs of our business and our customers.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and execute the data operations and data quality process.- Coordination of testing, error handling, data conversion and/or validation, and audit/compliance actions (Non-Conformance (NC) and/or Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)).- Engage with partners on tactical matters as Data Governance Lead for a specific workstream or functional area. Provide appropriate guidance on data operations.- Completion of sophisticated change assessments and/or project prioritization requirements, point of escalation for both internal and external team members, strategic launches and audit/compliance activities.- Facilitate continuous improvement of existing data design, process and templates by tactically focusing on business outcomes.- Implement and monitor tools and processes that improve execution.- Prepare metrics, dashboards, and tracking to facilitate the efficient operations of the department. May execute budget and/or value capture protocol within established framework.- Participate in, and sometimes lead, operational and governance meetings which may include end-to-end, value capture, and third-party reviews.- Collaborate to create and maintain documentation for area of responsibility. Including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), protocols, data quality catalogs, and other policy and procedure documents.- Develop and deliver training to educate partners on detailed procedures, data flows, etc.- Support the deployment of the Data Management Framework.**Qualifications****Education**:- A Bachelor's Degree or University equivalent is required.Experience and Skills:Required:- At least 4 years of relevant professional business experience is required.- 4+ years of data management experience in the context of large ERP platforms is required.Preferred:- Ability to contribute on a diverse, multicultural and remote team.Other:- Supply chain experience, preferably in master data, operations, or multi-functional business environment.- Business and technical knowledge and understanding of all Supply Chain data elements, process, and organizational support models.
