The meaningful results pull from the raw data will help us make important decisions by identifying various facts and trends.
A significant portion of your efforts will be focused on using advanced computerised models to extract the data needed, performing initial analysis to assess the quality of the data, performing further analysis to determine the meaning of the data and preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to management.
Moreover, this person will not only need to understand the data, but be able to provide insight and analysis through clear visual, written and verbal communication.- Owner of the credit analytics.
Leverages data to monitor existing credit strategy, identify areas of opportunities to improve user experience and optimize strategies.- Automate analysis through dashboards and reports.- Find relevant patterns that transform into actionable business insights.- Build bridges between data science and credit operations team, by understanding analytics requirements and data relations.- According to profile, possibility to take the leadership of a team of analysts.- Report credit performance to management.- Build analytics & data catalog for credit area.- Run ad hoc analysis to improve daily operation.- Automate tasks for operations team.What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree and Fluent in English.- Master's degree abroad or any relevant foreign academic experience is a plus.- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a nice-to-have.- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.- SQL is a must (3-5 years).- Python is a plus.- Familiarized with data visualization tools (Metabase).- Capacity to take ownership and lead a project from A to Z.- Problem-solving attitude.- Strong analytical skills.- Capacity to adapt in a fast-moving environment
