The primary focus of this position will be on analyzing marketing efficacy, product efficiency, Google Analytics, and other first-party data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.**Responsibilities**:**1. Marketing Spend Analysis**:- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, channels, and initiatives.- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize spend allocation and maximize ROI.**2. Product Efficiency Evaluation**:- Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth.- Provide insights on product usage, customer behavior, and user experience.**3. Google Analytics Expertise**:- Utilize Google Analytics to extract meaningful insights regarding website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.- Implement tracking mechanisms to capture relevant data for analysis.**4. First-Party Data Analysis**:- Work with various first-party data sources to derive valuable insights about customer behavior, preferences, and trends.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and leverage first-party data effectively.**5. Dashboard and Report Creation**:- Design and develop dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators and metrics.- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.**6. Data Quality and Governance**:- Implement and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability.- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and maintain data integrity.**7. Advanced Statistical Analysis**:- Conduct hypothesis testing and A/B testing to validate findings.**8. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.- Act as a key liaison between data and business stakeholders.**Requirements**:**1. Education**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.**2. Experience**:- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on marketing and product analysis.- Proven experience with Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.**3. Technical Skills**:- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.- Experience with statistical analysis tools (R, Python, etc.).- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.G. Power BI).**4. Analytical Mindset**:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- Ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.**5.
