In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our marketing analytics and reporting. You will work closely with marketing analysts, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of high-quality data for generating insights and optimizing marketing strategies.What You Will Do :Design and implement scalable data pipelines to collect, integrate, and transform marketing data from various sources (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, etc.) into a centralized data repository.Build and maintain a robust data warehouse / data lake solution to store and manage large volumes of structured and unstructured marketing data.Develop and automate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility for marketing analytics and reporting.Collaborate with marketing analysts and data scientists to understand their data requirements and provide them with clean, reliable, and accessible data for analysis and modeling.Implement data governance policies, data security measures (access controls, encryption), and data quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.Optimize data infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness to support the growing data needs of the marketing organization.Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering tools, technologies, and best practices, and continuously improve data processes and architectures.What Skills & Experience You Should Have :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong background in building and maintaining data pipelines and data warehousing solutions.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, SnowSQL, and Scala.Hands-on experience with data engineering tools and frameworks (Spark, Kafka, Apache Airflow, dbt).Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and processing.Strong understanding of data modeling, database design principles, and data governance best practices.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Experience in the B2B SaaS or marketing technology industry is a plus
