Our patients come first, always.What you'll be doing:Serve as a data strategist to identify and integrate new and existing datasets that can be used throughout product and process lifecycles.Work closely with the data engineers and IT teams in the development of data products to align with organization goals.Complete analytical experiments to assist in problem-solving across various processes and organizations.Build predictive and statistical models and machine-learning algorithms to mine big-data stores; perform data and error analysis to improve models; clean and validate datafor quality, uniformity and accuracy.Ensure the efficiency of data models through rigorous testing and analysis.Interpret and analyze data for trends and patterns and interpret data with clear objectives in mind to provide actionable information.Present the results and suggestions to relevant parties using easily understandable visuals and concise reports.Improve data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems.What you'll be having:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, statistics, applied mathematics, IT/STEM or a related field.8 years experience as a Data Scientist or similar IT role
