This person demonstrates a high amount of creative agency over their work and will guide day-to-day production for our clients and design team. They possess a proactive, vibrant spirit that's eager to add value and curious to flex their skills into new expertise.ResponsibilitiesProduction design, visual design & oversightExperience in both print and digital mediumsExecutes day-to-day production design project requests as neededEnsure all creative work meets expected qualityReceive and analyze feedback, making appropriate adjustments to recommendationsCreate data visualization, charts, presentations, and print design.Client and work managementServes as main client liaison, working closely with client project leads and Publicis Sapient design teamServe as main point of contact for project intake for creative services departmentOversees day-to-day project assignments, prioritization to ensure delivery of quick and accurate production design deliverablesOversee final deliverables. Deliverables may include email graphics, social assets, printed literature, brochures, print ads, campaign landing pages, web design, and presentationsStatus reporting of active projectsQualificationsExperience working as a production designer with focus on print and digital designExperience working directly with key client stakeholders and cross-functional client team membersDemonstrates a strong working knowledge of the following software: Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Sketch, WorkfrontDemonstrates strong detail orientation, process orientation, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; ability to effectively manage an unpredictable workload and meet established deadlinesDemonstrates ability to collaborate with diverse working styles and with team members across business units; initiative to work and learn independently; proactively contribute to department goals; and ability to lead others while maintaining effective business relationships with associates throughout the organizationDemonstrates ability to ensure team deliverables adhere to brand guidelinesExperience working with distributed teamsExperience working on Print and presentations for a Financial service client.#J-18808-Ljbffr
