Senior Devops

About AvivaWe are a Mexico City-based technology startup that provides unsecured credit to underserved communities using a unique approach. Our physical onboarding kiosks bridge the gap for remote communities, and we offer a 5-minute video onboarding process for those in need of liquidity.We already have a decent automation in place, including reproducible builds with Pants, reproducible experiments with DVC, and a GitHub actions pipeline for deploying services to Kubernetes. However, with our fast growth, we need to improve observability, optimize our CI/CD pipelines, and implement comprehensive testing strategies. We are looking for someone to help us achieve this and make the team run smoother.The ML engineers will continue to handle model testing, deployment, and monitoring. Your role would be to improve self-service tools, introduce best practices to the team, and jump-in when technical problems arise. You will also coordinate with data engineers and take on some ML problems to understand the workflow.Requirements:
- Professional level in both English and Spanish
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps and/or MLOps
- Good understanding of Git, GitHub actions, Kubernetes, and Open Telemetry
