.**DevSecOps**Job PurposeAs the Technology organization continues to grow, our portfolio of Integration capabilities has increased significantly over the last couple of years. We follow Agile practices for Software Development, and this role will be a hands-on DevSecOps methodology who will directly handle the tasks and operations within Kubernetes clusters managed by Rancher. We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative personality, very experienced in Kubernetes and Istio with strong knowledge of micro service development. This individual will work closely with the Integration Delivery lead and the Integration Architecture team.Core Responsibilities- Capture and analyze use cases, requirements by gathering all the pieces of information delivering the right technology choice based on the Company's framework.- Collaborate to design and deploy pipelines following the architecture guidelines and principles defined in Company's framework.- Manage rollout process CI/CD.- Guide the teams to solve cases, issues, doubts, or concerns by proper escalation for resolution.- Create integration and dependency mapping and governance writing specifications, scripts and standard document.- Work with functional and technical teams to ensure effective delivery of software following the Company's change management process.- Evaluate, prototype, propose tools and artifacts it could improve the Company's frameworks.- Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot deployment related issues and assist in the resolution of those.- Stay up to date with the latest IT technologies. Advise on the existing and potential impact of technology that could be applicable for: defining version compatibility, best practices and determining risks along with mitigations.Experience- 5+ years of system administrator experience Linux.- 3+ years working with containers over Kubernetes and service mesh.- 3+ years operating Kubernetes clusters.- 3+ years hands on gitOps/subversion methodology and technologies.- Experience with management methodologies: SCRUM, KANBAN, OKRs.Desired Skills- Exceptional service results oriented individual with superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.- Examine linux/kuberentes clusters from various angles to find patterns, trends and develop improvement roadmap to deliver best in class practices applied.- Self-starter requiring mínimal supervision.**Qualifications**:- Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Developer or similar.- Deep understanding of Cloud Native principles and landscape.- Demonstrable experience of work with Cloud, IaaS.- Strong knowledge of IP Network fundamentals.- Agile methodologies courses desirable.- Object oriented development knowledge.- Desirable microservice architecture patterns.Key Interfaces- Works with integration team to ensure alignment implementation strategies
