Ability to align with the creative manager on strategic intent, collaborate closely with the team, and execute with mínimal supervision.- Translate creative brief and scope requirements into a user-centric design using our existing brand style guide and design aesthetic.- Build interactive, engaging campaigns and tools that increase customers' understanding.- Manage the online brand style guidelines and communicate updates to internal teams.- Work closely with the creative manager and team on KPI measurement, attainment, and optimization of the buyer's journey and experiences.- Present design comps effectively. All design decisions should be based on the approved strategy and direction as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.E. color theory, visual weight, etc.)- Continuous research and learning. Keep yourself and the team updated with any relevant creative/design solutions as well as the latest changes with industry's standards. Take initiative to learn more about competitors and the college test prep industry.**Requirements**:- Ability to work US Eastern Standard Schedule.- Must have design experience with US-based clients.- 5-10 years experience as either agency or in-house designer.- Proven record of excellent digital design demonstrated in a professional portfolio (applicants without a portfolio will not be considered).- Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Figma, Vimeo, Canva, Google, and WordPress/Divi.- Independent worker who thrives with mínimal supervision, able to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
