Education: B.A. or B.F.A. in Graphic Design. Design Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced design environment. Package Design Expertise: Strong concentration in package design, including collateral, POP, displays, print advertising, and digital design. Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, Design, and Product Development teams. Organizational Skills: Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Industry Knowledge: Resourceful with a deep understanding of beauty/fashion retail market trends and packaging trends/technology. Time Management: Excellent time management skills. Rendering Skills: Deep experience with mock-ups and digital renderings. Software Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
