Position Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager Location: Monterrey Type of contract: Full time Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies that increase our online presence, improve brand recognition and generate sales opportunities. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies covering SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing and online advertising. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, among others. Analyze and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, to measure ROI and KPIs. Monitor and improve SEO and SEM strategy to increase organic and paid traffic. Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize engaging and relevant content for our digital channels. Manage the brand's presence on social media, including creating content calendars and engaging with audiences. Implement and maintain email marketing strategies, including list segmentation, content creation, and campaign analysis. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, ensuring professional development and compliance with the team's objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a management position. Demonstrated experience in managing successful digital campaigns and optimizing SEO/SEM strategies. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, among others. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
