In this role, you will be responsible forleading the execution of the direct channel B2C digital marketing initiatives for 10 unique resort brands, targeted to the LAC region. You will also be responsible for helping drive the LAC digital marketing strategy with oversight from the Manager of Digital Marketing. As a crucial member of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection Direct & E-Commerce team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ideate and innovate our paid digital media tactics, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives while maintaining our brand identities. A successful Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will: Lead execution of all Paid Digital Media (Search, Social, Programmatic Display & Video, Metasearch, etc.) for the LAC region. Execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to optimize marketing spend and achieve tangible results across paid digital channels including search, social, programmatic display & video, and metasearch with guidance from the Manager of Digital Marketing. Oversee the procurement and distribution of recurring paid digital media performance reports across all channels and provide actionable analysis; Assess campaigns against KPIs (Revenue & ROAS). Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations that can drive incremental revenue and improve return on investment efficiency. Work cross-functionally with the brand marketing and digital design teams to develop unique assets and tactics within the paid social media, search, and digital display channels and delegate to external agencies to directly affect the performance of the direct channel. Analyze and interpret or make deductions from our website/customer analytics and reporting as it relates to achieving critical business KPI's using advanced knowledge. Assist in the development of business cases for new marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights. Review digital marketing creative assets, messaging, etc. to maintain alignment with brand standards, product guidelines, and best practices. Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, digital technology, and metric measurement while demonstrating the ability to recognize how they can impact customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to curate a testing schedule to enhance user experience and increase efficiency.
